A little tricky to pick up but other than that it was good

Host was always there, never felt like i couldn’t get a hold of him. Car was beautiful, exactly what the pictures show is what you get. Would definitely rent again next time we come to Oahu.

Avoid this host.
This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The pickup process was extremely confusing and cost me several hours of my vacation. When I finally found the vehicle, I discovered that all four tires were severely worn and unsafe to drive. I immediately documented everything with photos and informed the host.
The host acknowledged the condition of the tires and initially said he would find a place to replace them. Later, he admitted he couldn’t find anyone to do it and simply suggested canceling the trip instead.
I lost almost an entire day, had to change my plans, and was left without the vehicle I had paid for. A car in this condition should never have been listed for rent, especially when it presents a serious safety concern.
I cannot recommend this host to anyone. If you value your safety and your time, choose another vehicle.

I’m sorry this trip did not meet your expectations. After you expressed concerns about the tires, I immediately contacted several tire shops in an effort to replace them that same day, despite that they remained within legal tread specifications. Because you indicated you did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle, I offered to end the trip rather than encourage you to continue. Your safety was my priority throughout. I regret the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.
