The vehicle was nice overall and drove great. Pickup and return were smooth. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the interior could’ve been a little cleaner at pickup. I noticed some sand/debris on the floors and back seat, along with a tube of paste and a few miscellaneous items in the rear passenger door pocket. Nothing that ruined the trip, just something that could be improved.

This was my first rental with Turo. Tom has made me a true believer. He made everything so easy and was helpful with local advice. He detailed out the process and was available (immediately) when I had a question. It truly made a vacation fabulous.
