The vehicle was clean and drove well. Check-in and check-out was simple enough. My only and significant complaint is where Turo or the airport requires the vehicles to be parked for pick up and return. The International Parking garage 7th or 8th floor is a long walk from the Terminals 1 & 2, especially with luggage and following a long flight. There are no signs directing to the elevator at the opposite end of where you enter at the crosswalk from the terminals. It was disappointing how difficult it was getting the car then returning it. I hope someone will take the customer in mind to allow for more convenient rental and for the owners to be successful in their rental efforts.
