I didn’t like that the pickup and drop off wasn’t at the airport. They also do not provide a shuttle. 2 extra uber charges while dragging luggage and kids is not fun. When I got to the lot, I seen my car at the entrance, double checked the license plate and it matched. So I started loading up the luggage and taking pictures to check in. Then a man comes running up to me screaming that I can’t touch the car because he didn’t check my ID. Only thing great was the car, it ran smooth and no issues.

The car was great, no issues, and very clean and was perfect for the trip. ONLY reason for a 2 star was the car had expired registration and the host wasn’t able to show proof of up to date registration and safety inspection. Everyday I won’t contact a co-host and kept getting the “reaching out to our team”. Make sure to ask before booking if all tags are up to date.
