Pick up and drop off was easy and simple. The car was very clean and ran perfectly. Only issue is that they messaged us late at night to change our pick up time to a later time and told us they would update us later which we didn’t see because we were sleeping. Regardless, we were able to pick up the car at the time we wanted. Would book again, definitely recommend!

The rental was exactly as advertised. We were able to travel for 10 days around Oahu without any trouble. The car met all our needs. We would happily rent from them again if/when we return.

Quick and friendly service. No problems at all with the car. We had last minute plans and glad we were able to be accommodated.

A little chaotic upon arrival. The car didn’t have the two child seats that I paid for and I had to flag someone down because no one was in the office. The guy told me to pick out any two car seats. I couldn’t tell which ones were clean and which ones weren’t. I also grabbed an infant car seat instead of a toddler car seat. Wasted an extra 15 minutes trying to figure it out.
Thanks for sharing this and sorry for the inconvenience at pickup. We understand how important it is for everything to be ready, especially with car seats. We’re looking into the preparation process and how this was handled so it’s smoother next time. Hope to host your next trip again soon.
