Didn't realize the car would have to be picked up and returned outside the airport without a shuttle. Was stressful to have to walk 20 minutes to find the car and after finding parking on the same street and then walking into the airport when returning.
This trip was booked with the home location pickup option, not airport delivery. The airport is not related to home location pickups, as transportation to and from the vehicle location is the guest’s responsibility.
Airport delivery was available separately during booking, and guests who prefer terminal pickup can select the airport delivery option for the vehicle to be delivered directly to the airport.
No smoking allowed
