When I booked this ride I requested a pick up from my hotel. When the information came in from them it was about half a mile walk- I asked him can you bring to me because that’s what I requested. He said that will be an extra charge. I decided to to walk to him. Then when returning the car it was not easy to find him he sent some kind of picture without an address - it was completely different than the first address. Overall terrible experience on something that should be much easier to deal with.

Thanks for your feedback. Delivery to your hotel was an optional paid add-on, as stated in the listing, so I offered the standard pickup location instead. For the return, I sent the drop-off details and a photo to help you find it. The car was returned with less fuel than at pickup, so the standard refueling fee applied per Turo's policy. I'm always happy to help guests with logistics and keep communication open throughout the trip. Wishing you safe travels."
Pick up and drop off was very quick. Ended the trip early hassle free. Would book with again, and recommend to others
