We had to rent a car last minute due to a family emergency and were coming from a different island, so finding a rental car through the traditional rental companies was very difficult. Renting through Turo worked perfectly for us!
The car was very clean, easy to find, and exactly what we needed. The owners were also very accommodating and allowed us to extend our rental when we needed more time, which we really appreciated. The car was available, and the whole process was easy and convenient during a stressful time for our family.
I would definitely rent from them again. Thank you so much for making things a little easier for us during our family emergency! We truly appreciate it.

Picking up the vehicle was no problem. Looked like a nice car, but after finding that the license tags were expired was not a pleasant experience. Was told to take to office to get the new tags but nobody there knew anything about it. Then they were going to exchange vehicles but that one was expired also. It appears that the new vehicle was never cleaned by appearance of the inside and had a smell to it. Your company is in need of better relations. Not good to be sending out vehicles with expired tags.

Overall good trip. There was a tire pressure issue unfortunately and was never resolved rven after reaching out to the company.
I also had mentioned to them that the drivers seat did not move forward all the way so it was a bit hard for me to drive the vehicle because of the situation. There was almost 5 inches it would NOT move forward even though there was much more track for it to move forward.
Also the windows on the inside had smudges which we saw at night driving. Also the side mirrors had really had hard water marks on them making it hard to use the sode mirrors at night
