Overall good trip. There was a tire pressure issue unfortunately and was never resolved rven after reaching out to the company.
I also had mentioned to them that the drivers seat did not move forward all the way so it was a bit hard for me to drive the vehicle because of the situation. There was almost 5 inches it would NOT move forward even though there was much more track for it to move forward.
Also the windows on the inside had smudges which we saw at night driving. Also the side mirrors had really had hard water marks on them making it hard to use the sode mirrors at night

Car wasn’t fully cleaned when we picked up and the attendant seemed to be confused about us picking it up at the LA Auto Spot vs at the airport (this was in the directions). The initial request was for airport pickup but the pickup location changed after I had booked the reservation which wasn’t ideal but luckily it was only 10 mins away from the airport. Everything was done through the app and did make for an easy process to just take pics of the car and be on our way. Appreciated the ease of use and will use the service again in the future.
