While I would rate the host a 5, I would rate Turo a 2. Their App would not allow me to update a trip in progress while Hurricane LuLu was hitting and our travel plans changed. 4 phone calls to Turo support and over 2 hrs of my time was spent trying to get the situation resolved with no success. Then they charged me extra because they could not get their App to work. No complaints about the host…only Turo.

The car I booked became unavailable after booking but it was quickly replaced. The communication with the owner was on spot, responding quickly to my questions. The only issue I had was that I couldn’t move the driver seat forward or back, the lever to move it doesn’t work. Otherwise everything was fine

Very disappointed I got to lot the car isn’t there,I message the co host she insist the car was there.She message me that someone’s will be there to help me but nobody showed up.And finally she texted me that they have another vehicle in the lot.I missed my appointment that morning because I got the vehicle one hour and forty five minutes late.
