Not a great experience as the car wouldn't start on my way to airport. Ended up rebooking the flight for the next day without any compensation from Turo so far for all the money I had to spend for the last minute flight rebooking and hotel booking. I was even charged for gas that I couldn't fill because the car was towed by Turo

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental.
The vehicle was not delivered in acceptable condition, as the interior had visible stains and was not clean. In addition, the directions provided for locating the vehicle were unclear, which made the pickup process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
To make matters worse, the car was not properly registered for airport parking. As a result, we were required by airport staff to pay out of pocket just to exit the airport. This issue, combined with delayed and poor communication from the host, caused us to lose approximately 40 minutes of our first day.
Despite these issues, we returned the vehicle in better condition than we received it, fully washed, vacuumed, and with a full tank of gas, and only drove it back to the airport. Even then, we were still charged an additional fee, which felt completely unjustified.
When we raised concerns about the cleanliness of the vehicle, we were told we should have reported it immediately so they could send someone to clean it. However, that response misses the point. We were on vacation and should not have had to spend our time waiting for a cleaning crew due to the host’s lack of preparation.
Overall, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and failure to meet basic expectations. I would not recommend this host
