I arrived late due to my flight being delayed. The instructions said pickup was on either the 7th or 8th floor. I was surprised to find out there were even 7 floors! Lol I’ve passed this place so many times and never realized.
The rental was clean, the gas tank was full, and the process was simple overall. The only issue I had was forgetting to check out when I returned the car. I brought it back 2 hours before the scheduled time, but Turo still sent me a bill for an extra day. Just make sure to check out accordingly!
