Honestly, the car was dirty when I picked it up. Could barely see out the windows from rain stains. Then finding it and parking it when leaving was such a hassle. They tried to make it easy with the video. But the turns in Hawaii are so sharp and so fast. Like maybe that’s not their fault. But if you’re flying United it is a long ass walk from where you drop the car off. Didn’t shuttle because people kept giving me wrong directions. So I had another charge as well because I ended up having to get a parking ticket. Which was so frustrating. I asked if I should leave it in car but response was to late and I tried to find where I could pay it but couldn’t and had so much luggage and hip surgery so I was beat. The greatest thing about this care though was the gas!!! Like omg I thought the thing wasn’t working. Like it stayed full forever! I ended up wiping down the car so honestly it was a good car to use for the time being. If I had my kid with me I would had been mad having that car. Just because of it not feeling clean. But listen for simple people great car. I’m kind of boogie but I also just have to be honest. I’m sorry! Because even the condo we stayed at was nothing like the photos. My point, i don’t leave reviews. But I’m going to now because it’s not fair to people. And people work hard for their money. I didn’t even pay for the trip and felt bad.
