LA Auto always coming in clutch when I need a car rental. Very easy steps to pick up & drop off vehicle. I wil definitely rent through them again. Mahalo!

If I could give it a zero I would. This car was an absolute disaster. The key was falling apart and taped together the seat was falling apart and it smelled like cigars and cigarettes. Thank goodness I was able to dice to the company and exchange cars but this vehicle should have never been in rotation

Car was good to drive, low miles but had some minor issues like broken side view mirror outside plastic part and driver’s seat plastic was partially off. Technically car seemed in a good condition
