We had a great experience renting the car from her! She was very helpful throughout the whole process and was always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance. She was especially helpful when we ran into a few difficulties and made everything much easier for us. The car was in great condition, clean, and exactly as described. She was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent from her again and highly recommend her!

Our host gave us the wrong pickup address. When we arrived, the property manager threatened to call the police and told us we weren't the first renters this had happened to. I then called the host, who was unapologetic about sending us to the wrong location.
Later that day, she informed us we'd have to find our own street parking for return, and that we'd be responsible for any parking fees if we couldn't find a free spot. This was not mentioned at booking.
To top it off, the only parking we could find was two miles from the original pickup location, putting us even farther from our hotel, so we had to Uber back.
Between the wrong address, the parking surprise, and the confrontation with the property manager, we ended up returning the car early just to be done dealing with this host. We almost missed our engagement photos over these silly games. I wouldn’t rent from this host again.

Great car and very easy pickup instructions. Host was good with communication and instructions were clear. Parking return location was a little difficult due to how busy the street is, but we got lucky with a spot so no complaints there!
