HORRIBLE SERVICE. HOST CHANGED VEHICLE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO PICK UP TIME. NEW VEHICLE WAS MUCH SMALLER BUT I FELT LIKE I HAD NO CHOICE AS IT WAS SO LAST MINUTE AND IT WAS IN THE EVENING AFTER A LONG TRAVEL DAY. CAR WAS DISGUSTING AND SMELLED LIKE SMOKE.

The car pickup and drop off was a breeze. The car is nice on the inside and out. Great on gas! There was a little mishap but LA auto was quick to respond. Overall great experience! I would recommend and rent again. Thanks!
