Pickup/drop-off location was easy to find and conveniently chosen by host. The host was prompt in responding in a timely manner. Dario, the person who dropped the vehicle off and picked up upon trip end was pleasant and cordial. The disappointment was with the vehicle. Upon meeting with Dario, he informed me that the vehicles trunk hatch/lid was inoperable. He suggested that one could still open and close it manually. Doing so, however, I had to exert substantial effort to overcome the stalled electric motor that is supposed to raise and lower the lid. This had not been disclosed prior to pick up meeting. Additionally, it appeared like the vehicle had a mechanical issue with a noisy rear wheel spindle bearing. It’s generated and overwhelming hum noise, similar to as if I would be driving with some large off-road tread wheels. The noise made it very unpleasant to drive at speeds above 20 mph as the level of noise would compete with a normal conversation volume.
