Picky location was inconvinent. Car seat was dirty but worked for the trip

Process was smooth and the car was delivered on time and in great condition. Hosts are very responsive and helpful and I appreciated that they responded promptly. The only thing that was a little bit of an inconvenience was that the pickup/dropoff location was kind’ve a far walk from our terminal. But overall it was a great car to drive around Oahu in! Perfect size for my family of 5.

Very disappointing experience.
The car was not ready at my scheduled trip start time, and I ended up waiting approximately 30 minutes for it to be dropped off. After that, I had to complete the check-in process, which took another 10 minutes.
This caused an inconvenience and disrupted my plans.
When you reserve a vehicle for a specific time, you expect it to be ready and available at that time not have to wait around in a parking garage with no where to sit for the vehicle to arrive and then spend additional time completing the check-in process.
Unfortunately, the lack of preparation made for a frustrating start to the rental and left a poor overall impression.
