The jeep was really beautiful experience to drive in hawaii! I would recommend booking through here, as you have a lot of people who respond on time and help you with whatever you need! 10/10 experience and the jeep ran smooth with no problems at all! Renting the jeep made this hawai’i experience 100 times better! Also I seen hawaii has roaches in cars, this car had no problems with insects at all it was always clean! Book through here for an amazing experience !

The vehicle was not very clean and it had a funky stale odor that attached to my clothing. Pick up and drop off were a little confusing. It was hard to wave someone down as they were busy and not paying attention. Not the friendliest. As soon as I started the car and tried to drive away the car alerted that one tire had much lower pressure than the others so I had to go ask them to fix it. I will say, they communicate via the app well, but in person not so much. Turo was better when it was actual people renting out their own vehicles, not these businesses. It’s not So personal, not as good of service and vehicle quality isn’t as good. When it’s an individual loaning out their own car, the cars are more well maintained and the hosts are more personable. This was a “wham bam thank you ma’am” of experience. The vehicle worked fine the rest of the trip but I would not rent with this company again. Oh, and let’s not forget the message warning me there might be roaches in the car! They put traps under the seats but every little tickle I felt from the wind/paranoia/whatever else really freaked me out. I was just praying that no giant roach popped out and startled me leading to a crash. I have never ever had to be warned about roaches with any prior rental in Hawaii. Or anywhere.
