Pickup was easy, car was excellent on gas. We only had to fill up the car one time and drive around a large portion of the east side of the island! The car felt sturdy and good for off terrain riding. Perfect vibe for Hawaii, small enough that it was easy to park and the roof top comes off for that nice convertible feeling with the amazing weather. Belen/Mei was an excellent host and was very kind and accommodating! Definitely made this trip and Turo pickup the best first car rental experience I have had. Will look for Mei’s jeep again on our next Hawai’i adventure!

Thank you, Yvonne! So glad you found the pickup location convenient! 😊 It was a pleasure hosting you. Mahalo, and hope to see you again on your next Hawaii adventure!
Quality of the car was good and pickup was very easy and very well explained. Shortly after driving the car we noticed it had a mechanical issue but the host was able to get to us quickly and gave us another vehicle to get to our location. Everything after they answered and accommodated us. When we come back to Hawaii we would not hesitate to rent with this host again!
