We had an amazing experience renting this Jeep in Oahu! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Matthew was an incredible host, super responsive, friendly, and very easy to work with. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service.
A big shoutout to his co-host Ramona as well, who was so accommodating with our schedule and made the pickup process seamless. That level of flexibility really made a difference for us.
One of the best parts was the convenience—they delivered the Jeep straight to our hotel and picked it up from there as well. It made everything incredibly easy and allowed us to just focus on enjoying our trip without any hassle.
The Jeep itself was perfect for the island—clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed to explore and enjoy Hawaii to the fullest.
Another thing I really appreciated is that Matthew offers a bunch of add-ons like foldable chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, beach umbrellas, and more. We didn’t take advantage of them this time, but honestly, I highly recommend you do. After this trip, I can see exactly why those extras are offered—it would’ve made our beach days even better. Definitely take advantage of those additions next time!
Overall, this was top-tier service and an awesome experience. Any time Turo is available when I travel, I will definitely use it—and Matthew is number one on my list. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Oahu looking for a hassle-free rental. Mahalo! 🌴🚙
