Mathew was very friendly and had clear instructions for how to pick up and drop off the car. He was very accommodating when I asked for an extra hour extension. As for the car, the jeep drove great, no issues. Everything on the island is pretty close together so mileage was never an issue although I suspect the true mileage is better than advertised. I filled up three times in 6 days. I loved my time in Hawaii and Mathew letting us rent his made things very easy! Highly recommend!

Matthew was very nice and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. Overall very pleasant experience. The car had a few dings and had a small bit of sand around the interior when I picked it up, but my standards are high. Despite the small dings, if she were thoroughly detailed, it would have been a perfect score! I recommend and would be his guest again with no hesitation.

Aloha Noah, thank you for the feedback and for being a great guest. We did thoroughly clean the vehicle prior to the trip, though with Hawaii beach and airport use, occasional sand can happen. Unfortunately, we do not make enough on each trip to fully detail vehicles between every booking, but we always do our best to provide a clean and reliable experience. Mahalo
