I was super excited to surprise my wife with this rental as she is a Jeep girl only to find out that the vehicle had LOTS of mechanical issues. The check engine light was on and the host told me that he had changed the batter so it should go away in a couple days.. It didn’t. The Jeep needed a front end alignment. It never stayed straight on the road it also needed a front end alignment as EVERY time you had to brake the car darts to the right. I had to do a vehicle swap through Turo Customer Support however the host only had one vehicle on the platform. So I had to cut the rental short 2 days into my 7day stay due to safety concerns and get a refund. Very VERY disappointed. This vehicle should not be rented unless all safety and maintenance concerns are resolved.
It’s not a newer vehicle, 85K on the dash at the time of this review 9/26/26

Car was clean, tidy and in great conditions to start my adventures in O’ahu visiting a friend! The agreed pick up location was very convenient. Host was responsive, attentive and reasonably flexible. I appreciate Cole! Will grab your ride again once I am back visiting this Island.
