Ben was very communicative. We rented this because we a Jeep peeps at home - it just fits the bill. Pardon the duck references. This jeep is a base line, no frills. Manual door locks, small cup holders, automatic transmission. The air conditioning was cold, but we only used it one day after the Makapu'u hike. Please remember to tighten the fuel cap around to several clicks or you'll get a gas cap light - its a Jeep thing... we went from the airport to the north shore (laie) then to the Dole Plantation, back to Laie, then to Pearl Harbor, Waikiki, blow hole, makapu'u, kileua Beach, then back across to Waikiki and finally to the airport - didn't even use a tank of fuel.

BEST RENTAL CAR EVER! It was so fun to drive and the top was easy enough to take off after watching a video. Friends loved it. Girls couldn’t get enough of it. Decent gas mileage. Would love to rent again. I might get a wrangler after renting this lol
