Short walking distance from most hotels in Waikiki. We offer $20 overnight parking at our home location. When you arrive, look for the statue of liberty 🗽 in front of the R & C tours building. We are in the parking lot behind the building.

Booked the Jeep and the pick up and customer service was excellent. However, during our trip the engine warning light came on for “engine too hot”. I was a little curious though about the car being back on the lot as I noticed after this happened that someone two days prior left a review with engine light issues on the Jeep. I will say that Matthew was prompt in his reply on a Sunday, and offered us a swap (which I had to pick up). We were able to get the car to cool down enough to drive back and made the swap. Unfortunately (not Matt’s fault) the swap was not easy. Turo support had to be contacted and we waited over 30 minutes at the lot for the support to resolve. Again, customer service by the on-site manager was good and to make up for the headaches he let us return the car without having to gas back up which was appreciated as I was doing my best to manage my frustration with the situation.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our quick response. Prior to your trip, the Jeep showed no issues, but once alerted, we immediately arranged a swap and sent the vehicle in for servicing.
