Poor interior maintenance. The car smelled badly and too many small roaches in the car . Turo didn’t refund my trip cost for that day though I retuned the vehicle on the same day. Poor customer service. I was almost 90mins with them on the phone. Didn’t expect me to waste such long time on the phone during my vacation.
