Nice car, great ride. Car was waiting for me when arrived. Although International garage is harder to get to than the convenience of the usual car rental. Good communications and price. Turo has been a hit and miss at times but this has been a good experience .

This was my first try at TURO. The directions for picking up the car need to be reassessed. I sent my license 3times. Because the pickup directions were confusing I ended up walking around two floors of the garage at night before finding the car. Then I was never told where the key would be so I called and thank God someone answer and told me where it was. The dashboard information did not move and was stuck in one info, tire pressure, so I never knew how many miles I had to drive before fuel was needed. The passenger side window did not open. The tires were at 30psi so I had to fill them. I knew this because the only display on the dash behind the steering wheel was a tire pressure. The driver side window had so much residual water spots that would lay made it hard to see let alone side of view mirrors.
Given that the initial instructions were hard to follow I was really stressed about returning the car appropriately. I ended up taking about 40 photographs of the car just to make sure. The fuel was less than an eighth low from full so I returned it with an eight less and full.
All in all the price was worth all the minor things I had to go through. Would I go this route again with TURO? SURE!!!

Car was easy to retrieve and return. Mechanically sound. Family was not happy with the cleanliness when received.
