Jeep Cherokee

The Jeep Cherokee was comfortable to drive, especially for longer trips, and the seats were very comfortable. The rental was affordable, and both the pickup process and location were convenient.

There were a couple of minor issues during the rental. The brakes squeaked at times, and we did find one live roach in the back seat. We only saw the one during our trip, but it was worth noting.

For future renters, finding the vehicle can be a little confusing the first time. To reach the car, take the stairs to the second floor, walk across the walkway to the garage entrance, and then be prepared to climb a few more flights of stairs to the top level where the vehicle is parked.

I also accidentally completed the checkout process about three minutes before actually arriving, but the owner was very understanding and had no issue with it.

Overall, this was a good value rental with a comfortable vehicle, an accommodating owner, and an easy pickup process once you know where to go.

Pick up location was good. The house was polite. The car we believe needs new filters and the transmission was a bit sticky and may need check soon. Because there were also a couple times for the transmission couldn’t decide if it wanted to shift but overall, it was a great car.
