Awesome, reliable car. Perfect for quick trips around the island. Host is communicative and gave detailed instructions for pick up and drop off. I thought this would be big enough for a surf board because it’s listed an SUV. It’s actually the size of a small car, which made small parking spots easy and we ended up not needing to bring boards around with us anyway. Would rent again!

Host stated that there would be a guaranteed free parking spot on February 3 and I have text messages to prove it. Booked over a month in advance. The only reason why we got this car was because the free parking. As soon as we picked up the car the host let us know that there was no more free parking and we had to find parking ourselves and we spent over $200 in parking for our trip. I did not have an issue paying for parking if we knew this was gonna be the case, but the only reason we booked with this host was because of the free parking. It would have been nice to know in advance that her parking spot was expiring so we could find other options instead, we found out on the day of our trip. There was no compensation at all for no heads up on parking expiring. Would have been nice to get a partial refund or compensation on gas or our parking paid for. Very unprofessional. Only gave us an option to book with someone else on the day of our trip when we already paid for her “guaranteed free parking”. I have screenshots of Turo where it said that the parking was free and screenshots of the messages. I refilled and cleaned the vehicle. Will be contacting Turo.
