Pickup was easy and the car had no issues. Smelled nice, inside was very clean. Exterior had some streaks and spots on the body and windows (probably from a wipe down wash) but nothing concerning. My only note is if you have any mobility issues that make it hard for you to bend down really low and to get under the car to access the lockbox it might be a little difficult. Other than that, everything went as expected, and I would rent again!
