This was our first time renting a Toro for a trip. This was the most Pleasant experience we have ever had with a rental car. There were no hidden costs at the end and car was awesome. We had great instructions on how to pick up the car. and how to drop it off. I highly recommend Xinxiu as a host if you are going to Oahu, Hawaii.
