I hate to write bad reviews but this was not a good experience. We lost half a day of our trip due to an error made by the host. The car itself was well maintained and had no issues. But we traveled with our kids and they gave us the wrong car seat. We lost out on a excursion due to this error and no effort on the hosts end was made to recitify or make the situation right. We kept getting the run around while communicating with them. If you are renting a car from this host, just know that they are disorganized and they will not help you should there be an issue. My advice steer clear of this host and rent from a person not a company.

Will definitely rent here again! Very satisfied with pickup and return convenience and easy-to-follow instructions. Car was clean and just the perfect size for a family of 3.
