Very disappointing experience. I paid for 2 car seats, but only 1 was provided. The seat provided was also not as advertised—the listing described the seats as brand new and never involved in an accident, but the seat we received was clearly used and had visible stains/wear. There was also no base provided, and the seat was very loose when installed.
We were traveling with two children, so this created a significant inconvenience and affected our trip. I had to contact both the host and Turo Support to address an issue that should have been handled before the car was delivered. The host never acknowledged their mistake and refused to refund me for the car seat that they charge but never deliver
