Our vehicle was switched out at the last minute from a truck to an SUV. We specifically wanted a truck to be able to accommodate our weekend here with lots of family and luggage. Upon arrival car was definitely not properly cleaned or sanitized. There was a baby car seat in the car and when I questioned in the car company, we were asked to bring out of our way to their warehouse location to drop it off. Very interesting experience
