Car was overheating when going past 60mph. Host was responsive at first and made Arturo swap the vehicle the next day. When I showed up to the airport to switch cars, the doors of the new vehicle were locked. I tried reaching out to the host but they were not responsive, AT ALL!
I then wasted 2 hours of my vacation at the airport in the phone with Turo trying to figure out what to do. They were able to book another car for me @ no extra charge. However, I needed to return back to the airport 4 hours later to pick up the new vehicle with the different host.
What a pain and waste of time while on vacation.
