It took almost two hours to pick up the car. The first vehicle was missing its key, and we spent a significant amount of time going back and forth with the staff to get another vehicle assigned. Every time there was an issue, it took quite a while for an agent to locate the key or provide an update.
In addition, the return process is inconvenient. You have to return the car to an off-airport location and then arrange and pay for your own Uber ride back to the airport. Overall, the experience was far less convenient than expected.
