I have rented frequently from Turo. This was by far the worst rental I’ve had. The car is beat up and there were a lot of mechanical issues with the car. Also, I was charged $60 for returning the car to the wrong parking garage at the airport. I get charging me for the cost of the parking, but I highly doubt it was anywhere near that much.

When we got to the car we noticed registration tags were outdated, messaged renter, sent pictures and didn’t get a response, having to always watch your back when driving especially while on vacation was an inconvenience, accidentally left our portable charger in car, messaged renter and again no response, not sure what they used to clean the car but it smells like straight up alcohol cleaner or maybe some sort of alcohol spilt in car from previous guest, we weren’t able to enjoy the ac because smell was so strong
