This was my FIRST time booking with this company, and this booking was terrible!
From check-in to return. This was so bad, I ended the trip earlier than scheduled. I ended up not even using/driving this car at all, it just stayed parked at my hotel lot until I returned it.
1- The photos posted of this vehicle are totally FALSE and need to be UPDATED, reflecting all the damages that aren't shown in these photos.
2- At pick-up, the vehicle was FILTHY, both interor & exterior, and smelled like old wet rags.
3- The AC unit was VERY weak and didn't produce cold air, even when set to it's max air flow.
I will not be booking with this company again, and I do not recommend them either.
