Host charged us for gas when we returned on full adding a 10.00 surcharge for having to fill it up . No way it took him 13.00 to fill the tank up when I paid 26.00 beforehand to fill the car up. Scam for sure and will not be using them again

The car was provided with a full tank and our pre trip photos show that. Our post trip photos show the tank was not returned full. We also submitted the gas receipt and photos showing the tank filled back to full.
The $10 convenience fee is automatically added by Turo when a host has to refuel. This fee is set by Turo, not by us.
