This was less than half the cost of renting the same vehicle through a rental agency. It ran great and got us all over the island. Pick-up was easy to figure out and convenient. We will definitely rent again next time we are in Hawaii

First trip to Oahu, Hawaii. When vehicle delivered, lots of body damage to exterior of vehicle- never shown on pics on Turo. With pick up, vehicle was not cleaned and only had partial full tank of gas- dash showed 300 miles capacity. Vehicle at pick up revealed low tire pressure in 2/4 tires. The parent company I guess expected us to deal with tire pressure issue? With returning the vehicle on time, we refueled to the 305 capacity mark. Company threatened to charge us late fee and charged us additional $60 for more fuel. We had to submit pics of the dash during pick up and after drop off to show gas gauge. Even with all this, the leasing company claimed they could not refund the additional gas fees. Obviously having to contact Turo directly to dispute this charge. Bottom line, vehicle was not prepared before drop off to us. You don’t want to run into similar bad situation leading from this company- and they claim they are the experts for vehicle rental on Turo.

The car had a big dent upon pick up, and the rear hatch door had some mechanical issues so 3/5 stars. Aside from that everything went well
