The car received was dirty and had someone’s left over sun glasses and yeti container. The driver floor mat was missing and grass as well and sand all over the car. There was food on the floor in back of car and crushed up crackers all over. I took the car to get detailed being I was renting it for my wedding transport vehicle. I reached out and they told me they would work with us if we paid for detail and never heard back when I message them about it on the return of vehicle. The shop where they clean the car looks completely in shambles with rags and trash all over. The Detailer that checked me in didn’t speak good English so idk what was going on.
