Paid ahead of time to have things all set for our trip just to arrive and then have to wait almost 2hrs for the car to be ready and it still was dirty sand all over the car it hadn’t been washed and then waited for them to gas it up. I was 6 minutes late dropping off the car due to road closures around the drop off location and worker stated I was being bills extra like they weren’t late on pick up. Horrible experience and I always rent thru Turo first and last time esp when I search on site pick up and have to catch a Lyft to mapunapuna.
