Car was almost an hour late and I was not informed until I messaged asking about it. No direct number to contact. Car was not thoroughly cleaned. But it did the job, was reasonably priced, and very spacious for our large family. It also had the added bonus of offering car seats so we didn’t have to pack them. But they didn’t offer a car seat type and just put in whatever so we ended up with a booster seat and a toddler seat which wasn’t preferred. But all in all, it got us where we needed to go.
