Host was communicative and gave clear and concise directions for pick up and drop off. The car was clean and fueled and ran smoothly. 4 stars because I saw a couple of cockroaches in the vehicle during my trip.

We take great pride in the cleanliness of our vehicles, as you and all of our other reviews mentioned. While we take preventative measures to keep cockroaches out, they are unfortunately a part of Hawaii's natural habitat. Cockroaches are attracted to food and drinks left in the car, and they will invade a car if left overnight. You reported this issue to us on the last day of your week long trip. We will take additional measures to ensure the population does not grow.
car was perfect, used it for an entire week to go around the island multiple times and only had to get gas once. pickup was seamless and drop off was even faster. thank you!!
