Breaks were super jerky, felt unsafe to drive, and the driver door sounds like it’s going to break.

Jennifer you were informed inperson prior to the trip that the car has a service light on to check brakes for standard maintenance check per the mileage. I didn’t want to cancel your trip and leave you hanging right before your trip start since the message just came on before your trip. I could’ve canceled your trip and had it looked at leaving you stranded! You acted understanding but I guess that was fake! If you felt “unsafe” the whole time you had the car for 6 days! You should’ve return it!
Pretty sad to get a car that had brake pads that needed replaced very annoying. 1st time using Turo not sure I will use again.

It doesn’t need to be replaced it just a warning to get it check for intervals. BMW does that on purpose to make money on service. They don’t need to replaced it’s a suggestion to check it and change it if need be. And that message just appeared before your trip so I could’ve canceled your trip and left you stranded but instead chose to honor and complete “inspection” of brakes after! You’re welcome! Turo doesn’t need ungrateful renters we need thoughtful minded individuals.
The original car we booked was not available due to some technical issues but PJ was able upgrade our vehicle and keep us on schedule with our reservation with no hassle. 10/10 would recommend. The bmw was awesome as well. Clean and drove great 👍🏽🌺🌴 Mahalo PJ
