Poor communication. Will not rent from this person again.
Aloha! Texting and calling at 3am and expecting a response is crazy. I have a family with young children. I answered promptly during the day and any of your midnight questions by 6am each morning.

Everything was great except the instructions to return the car. The instructions say to go to terminal 1 but the video says terminal 2. Watching a video while driving isn’t ideal.
