The car was clean and the service was great. We had to extend our time at the last minute due to hurricane Lowell hitting Kauai and we had to cut that portion of our trip out and they accommodated the extension quickly. If I had one complaint it is that it is not actually airport pickup. We had to walk just shy of 1/2 mile from our baggage claim to get to the car outside the airport. Then we had to walk almost a mile to get to our terminal after returning the car. All while pushing our luggage. But everything else was great especially being able to extend our time at the last minute which is why I gave 5 stars
