The car is in excellent conditions, almost new and very clean. It is spacious for our family of 5 with 4 large baggages. The host is polite, responsive and accommodating to suit our very early check-in and late night check-out which you can hardly get from traditional car rental service providers.

It was not listed that you have to pay $20 to exit the parking garage. The car reeked of marijuana. The car seats were soaking wet and old.

Thank you for your feedback. The airport parking fee is a standard exit fee paid by all guests at pickup, while we cover the parking fee when retrieving the vehicle after each trip. We take cleanliness seriously and inspect the vehicle between rentals. The seats are original to this 2022 Explorer and are maintained in serviceable condition.
