Everything work out great! Zack was very professional and responsive. Our flight was delayed which caused a late pickup. He checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely rent with Zack again!

Car had several mechanical issues, tires were worn, the driver side door creeks pretty loudly, shocks were out as well and the brakes need to be serviced.
