The trip was overall good. Had an initial issue with the key fob, but Ocean was responsive, friendly and helpful to resolve the issue. Initially didn’t realize that I was responsible for paying parking for the vehicle which added $36 dollars to the rental amount. Keep that in mind and factor that into your rental amounts for those that pick up from the airport. Overall would definitely rent again.

The Bronco was in good condition other then the smell. It smelled like someone had smoked in it before and attempted to cover it up with the equivalent axe body spray as an air freshener. We had to ride everywhere with the windows down to not choke on the smell.
Your response is incorrect 4 stars because your upset where I park is crossing the line. Airport parking is crazy and there's designated Turo parking only. If I dont park in designated Turo parking I am fined $100s of dollars and possibly banned indefinitely from using the airport. Now this car was professionally detailed my car didnt and doesn't smell. I take pride in my cars. If you didnt like something you should of reached out to me which you did not. ZERO COMMUNICATION ( 1 STAR CUSTOMER)
