This is our second year renting from Icaro, and I can’t imagine using anyone else when we visit Hilton Head. His vehicles are always spotless, in mint condition, and exactly as described.
What truly sets Icaro apart is his exceptional customer service. He coordinated our children’s car seats through a baby equipment rental company so everything was ready when we arrived, making travel with young kids so much easier. When our travel plans changed due to weather and we needed to return the vehicle in Savannah instead of Hilton Head, he was incredibly flexible and made the entire process seamless.
Icaro consistently goes above and beyond, and we’ll continue renting from him every time we visit Hilton Head. Highly recommend!
